This past week I met a pair of teamwork coaches who offered to share their favorite teamwork game resources (thanks Jean Francois and Sevrine):
www.teachmeteamwork.com
www.scouting.org/ ( http://www.boyscouttrail.com/game_search.asp and http://www.usscouts.org/usscouts/games/game_t.asp )
www.thiagi.com/
http://www.funandgames.org/challenges.html
Then at XP Day Suisse I picked up a few more:
www.tastycupcakes.com
www.agilefairytales.com
http://agilefun.com/?p=63

I'll be trying out some more games soon!

emotional literacy
Do you think that emotional literacy can be taught on the scale to make Agile effective for the masses of developers out there? Do we need it?
Agility depends so much on face-to-face communication, I think that our developers need higher emotional literacy skills than they've needed in the past. So when I've recruited developers in the past, I screen for emotional literacy. I don't know how to teach it... at least not teach it quickly. What do you do?
